Stutzman Summary

Cedar Hill, Texas

Mar - Apr 2004

Robert’s work

Robert keeps plugging away on the Exegetical Summary for the book of Galatians. Currently, he is on verse five of Chapter three. This project is quite tedious since he reads through seventeen commentaries and eleven versions of the English Bible and then summarizes all this information verse by verse.

Verna’s work

In November, Verna started a project of writing software to convert Eerdmans Commentaries from an old Ventura format to an XML format for inclusion in the new Libronix version of Translators Workplace.

January Vacation

In January, longtime friends and supporters, Danny and Della Friesen from Manitoba, Canada drove to Texas, picked us up and took us to Orlando, Florida, where we spent a wonderful week with them in their condo. They took us to the Kennedy Space Center, Daytona Beach and The Holy Land Experience. The highlight of the trip was visiting the new Wycliffe Center in Orlando. Wycliffe’s WordSpring Discovery Center is definitely worth visiting.

2004 Summer Plans

We are planning a trip to Manitoba, Canada in June. Verna has been asked to be the guest speaker at the Shalom Family Worship Centre Ladies Retreat in Steinbach, Manitoba on June 11-12.

Jeremy transferred back to Donovan

In December, Jeremy was transferred back to Donovan State Prison in San Diego just in time for Christmas. This is a much nicer and safer prison. Here he can receive the medical attention he needs. His current mailing address is:
