Robert’s work
Robert keeps plugging away on the Exegetical Summary for the book of Galatians. Currently, he is on verse six of Chapter 2 of Galatians. He spends around two-three days working on one verse.
Last month, Robert flew to Calgary, Canada to pick up a 1998 Ford Contour, which a very generous friend from Alberta donated to us. Robert had a wonderful trip driving our ‘new’ car back to Dallas by himself. Thank you Lord, for this amazing answer to prayer!
Verna’s work
Although Verna is studying part-time, she still keeps very busy with software development and consultation for Bible translators. In March, the ‘gold master’ for the SIL Software Suite (set of 3 CDs) was cut and sent to the publisher. This software will be sent out to Bible Translators around the world to assist them in their work. Verna was solely responsible for six of the installation programs and two other pieces of software in this set.
Family news

A new grandson Caleb Emmanuel was born at 6:17 am on April 28th to Jason and Anna (a brother for Nathaniel). Verna was able to be in the delivery room capturing the awesome moment on video.
Jeremy stabbed in prison
Recently, Jeremy was stabbed and spent two days in the hospital. Since then he has been moved to a different location in the prison. You may write to him at: Jeremy Ryan Stutzman T-51849, C2-129, P.O. Box 931, Imperial, CA, 92251, USA. Please pray that he will be transferred back to Donovan Prison in San Diego (a much safer prison).
Celebrating 30 years of married life
On May 12th, we celebrated 30 years of wedded bliss. The Lord blessed us with a fantastic weekend at a beautiful house on Lake Cypress Springs in East Texas.
Thank you
Verna has completed her first year in the Master of Arts Counseling program at Dallas Baptist University toward becoming a Counselor with Wycliffe. She has two more years to go. Thank you for your prayers and your financial support toward her tuition costs. If you would like to contribute to her school expenses, please mark your gift for Verna’s scholarship fund. Our Heavenly Father is faithful to take care of us in every way and He uses you to do it. We pray God will bless you as you bless us.
