[[Robert]] and [[Verna]] were married [[May 12, 1973]] and have been members of [[http://www.wycliffe.net|Wycliffe Bible Translators]], [[http://www.wycliffe.ca|Wycliffe Canada]], [[http://www.wycliffe.org|Wycliffe USA]] and [[http://www.sil.org|SIL International]] since 1983. They served [[http://www.sil.org/pacific/png/|SIL]] in  [[http://www.geographia.com/papua-newguinea/index.html|Papua New Guinea]] from January 1984 to June 1995 as accountant, teacher, computer operator, and as [[http://pngscriptures.org/|Bible Translators]]. Since returning to the US in 1995, they have been [[Our Work|involved]] in developing exegetical and computerized tools for Bible translators at the [[http://www.sil.org/sil/ilc.htm|International Linguistics Center]] in Dallas, Texas.

Robert and Verna have two grown sons. [[Jason_Lee|Jason Lee]], is married to Anna Ruth. They have [[three_sons|three sons]] and reside in Greenville, TX. [[Jeremy_Ryan|Jeremy Ryan]] is a former member of the US Marine Corps and resides in California.

Wycliffe personnel are not salaried, so the Stutzmans look to their Heavenly Father to provide sponsors in the church community to meet their living and ministry expenses.
